General Contractor for new 20,000 sf office addition, 18,000 sf warehouse expansion, and 27,500 sf covered storage which included two story office addition construction included 8" structural CMU construction with traditional bar joists and deck construction tying into existing office and warehouse spaces with minimal disruption to customers daily operations. 18,000 SF expansion included PEMB with clearstory to match the existing warehouse including a mezzanine and finish panel shop area for customers showcasing product lines. Exterior improvements around warehouse footprint to improve customer operations. 27,500 SF covered storage fast track project phased in manner to allow occupancy of office and warehouse expansions to take pressure off customers growing operations and assist with logistics.
