Project Scope: General Contractor for 5,000 sf remodel
L&L Builders calaborated with the Owner to help in the Design Build process to design and draw plans to meet the owner's needs and explore feasible options. L&L then worked with the Architect to get a permit set of plans together and begin construction. L&L worked with the owner to meet their developing needs for the space by staying flexible and problem solving to give the owner the best space possible to achieve their goals.
