Project Scope: General Contractor for 4,000 sf water treatment plant
General Contractor for new 4,000 SF water treatment plant which included site utility improvements to storm, sanitary and water infastructure. Building envelope included post frame construction with metal wall and roof panels and glazing systems. Coordinated with the City of Rochelle Water and Utility divisions to demo existing well house and rework the electrical/communication services with miniminal downtime to tie in new facility. Provided pitless adaptor and necessary water service piping that would allow reuse of existing well and pump. Provided 38' x 10' diameter horizontal pressure filter capable of producing 1,800 gpm and intergrated into City of Rochelle's main system for monitoring.
